All participants outside of China have to online attend the meeting because of the serious epidemic situation all over the world. No permission will be gained for anyone outside of China who want to reach Dalian to participate in the meeting. All of the organizing committee members outside of China also have to online attend LASOSU2021 in their own countries.

Maybe 100 participants outside of China will be online involved in the conference, who will give welcome speeches in the opening or closing ceremony, present keynote speeches or regular talks in all session, act as chairpersons in the slots, and conduct discussions in the roundtable forum or any other slots.

Whether for the participants from China or other counties, the recorded oral presentations have to be submitted to the conference team by the end of this July as required in the coming third circular.
